TGPL - Who are we?

Established in 1999 The Graham Partnership Limited originated Oil Industry. With experience in the UK and abroad on offshore and onshore contracts for leading Oil Companies, Drilling Contractors and Service Providers.

Our growth has come from word of mouth recommendation. We keep a small and select client base of companies who we believe honour their Culture - they do what they say they do! We have turned down work from leading UK companies because we did not believe they were working within their stated Culture!

In 2003 we asked to work for a leading Civil Engineering client. We still believe that they are the leading Construction Company in the United Kingdom in terms of safety culture visualisation. 2008 will se us progress further into the construction arena.

In the areas where our systems are deployed we have been told by clients that accidents and potential incidents have been reduced, personnel awareness raised and their commitment to safety increased.

Our Company motto is that of Clan Graham "Ne Oublie" – “Do not Forget”.

It is our commitment to our clients that they and their personnel will not forget the lessons learned from our processes, systems and coaching courses.

As with the history of our Clan we are loyal and true to our cause and clients. Our story is also not one of rapid rise in reputation at the expense of others, but of the same steady rise based on ability and worthiness which has been commented on by both clients and candidates alike.
