Over the last 8 years the Partnership has met or exceeded its client’s requirements and enhanced its reputation for being specialists in both troubleshooting and coaching Behavioural Safety & Management problems with particular focus on Culture v Climate.

We believe companies continue to use established or “tried and tested” methods, rolling the same methodology out in a cyclic format under a different banner. Other companies will employ unproven theories in the hope they will work.

The Partnership
Is made up of people such as Safety Professionals, Engineers and Offshore Supervisors and Managers who have worked at the frontline of the industry. In order to remain useful to you all our consultants spend at least one third of the year in the field.
